Terms of use

Guest WiFi · guest WiFi · last updated 5 August 2026

These terms apply to the free guest WiFi provided at Guest WiFi. By ticking the box on the sign-in page you agree to them.

What you get

Internet access for 1 hour 30 minutes per session. When that runs out you can ask staff for a code to continue, subject to whatever the venue's current policy is. Access is free and provided as a courtesy.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, fast, uninterrupted, or suitable for anything in particular. Do not rely on it for anything important — banking, work deadlines, medical matters or emergencies. The network is shared, so speeds vary with how busy it is.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own device and for keeping it secure and up to date. This is a public network: use HTTPS sites, and do not assume your traffic is private from other users. Follow the acceptable use policy.

We can withdraw access

We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, without notice, and without giving a reason — for example if the network is being misused, or if we need to work on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this WiFi, including lost data, lost business, or anything you did or saw online. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Data

How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
